一、我们如何收集和使用个人信息

在您使用撸铁记软件及服务的过程中，我们将根据合法、正当、必要的原则，收集信息。我们收集或请您提供的信息将用于：

1.保障产品的基础正常运行；

2.实现各项功能和服务；

3.优化、改善产品和服务；

4.保障产品、服务以及用户使用安全；

5.遵循法律法规与国家标准的规定。


（一）我们直接收集与使用的个人信息

我们会按照如下方式收集您在使用服务时主动提供的，以及通过自动化手段收集您在使用功能或接受服务过程中产生的信息：

1.保障撸铁记和服务的正常运行

(1)若您创建撸铁记帐号，您可能会提供您的手机号码等个人注册信息；您也可以使用第三方帐号（如微信、QQ）登录，此时您可能提供第三方账号相关昵称、头像等信息。

2.注册、认证、登录撸铁记和相关服务

(1)当您使用第三方帐号（如微信）登录撸铁记。您此时将授权我们获取您在第三方平台注册的公开信息(头像、昵称等)，并在您同意本隐私政策后将您的第三方账号与您的撸铁记账户绑定，使您可以通过第三方账号直接登录并使用本产品和相关服务。

3.其他第三方分享的您的信息

主要包括两种情况：（1）其他用户发布的信息中可能包含您的信息。（2）您在使用第三方合作伙伴服务时所产生或分享的信息，当您使用微信账号及其他第三方账号登录我们的软件产品或服务时，我们需要核实您的身份或绑定您的账户信息，经过您的授权将相关账号关联到我们的产品或服务中。

4.保障产品、服务及用户使用安全

为帮助我们更好地了解撸铁记及相关服务的运行情况，以便确保运行与提供服务的安全，我们可能记录网络日志信息，以及使用软件及相关服务的频率、崩溃数据、总体安装、使用情况、性能数据等信息。

5.第三方SDK接入服务所需开通的权限

（1）我们的产品和服务可能包括第三方的产品和服务，以及第三方网站的链接。当您使用这些产品或服务时，第三方也可能收集您的信息，具体收集信息以第三方隐私政策为准。您可以通过本政策第十一条“第三方SDK接入信息”进行详细了解。

（2）对第三方SDK的接入，我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息，并只会共享提供服务所必要的个人信息，对于其他不必要信息我们会采取匿名化处理。同时，我们还会与其签署严格的保密协定，要求其按照我们的说明、本隐私政策以及其他任何相关保密和安全措施来处理。


（二）依法豁免征得同意收集和使用的个人信息

请您理解，在下列情形中，根据法律法规及相关国家标准，我们收集和使用您的个人信息无需征得您的授权同意：

（1）与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；

（2）与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；

（3）与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的；

（4）出于维护个人信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；

（5）所收集的您的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的；

（6）从合法公开披露的信息中收集的您的个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道；

（7）涉及商业秘密的；

（8）为合法的新闻报道所必需的；

（9）学术研究机构基于公共利益开展统计或学术研究所必要，且对外提供学术研究或描述的结果时，对结果中所包含的个人信息进行去标识化处理的；

（10）法律法规规定的其他情形。

请您注意，目前撸铁记不会主动从我们外的第三方获取您的个人信息。如未来为业务发展需要从第三方间接获取您个人信息，我们会在获取前向您明示您个人信息的来源、类型及使用范围，如撸铁记开展业务需进行的个人信息处理活动超出您原本向第三方提供个人信息时的授权同意范围，我们将在处理您的该等个人信息前，征得您的明示同意；此外，我们也将会严格遵守相关法律法规的规定，并要求第三方保障其提供的信息的合法性。


二、对Cookie和同类技术的使用

Cookie和同类技术是互联网中的通用常用技术。当您使用撸铁记软件及相关服务时，我们可能会使用相关技术向您的设备发送一个或多个Cookie或匿名标识符，以收集和存储您访问、使用本产品时的信息。我们使用Cookie和同类技术主要为了实现以下功能或服务：

（一）保障产品与服务的安全、高效运转

我们可能会设置认证与保障安全性的cookie或匿名标识符，使我们确认您是否安全登录服务，或者是否遇到盗用、欺诈等不法行为。这些技术还会帮助我们改进服务效率，提升登录和响应速度。

（二）帮助您获得更轻松的访问体验

三、我们如何存储个人信息

（一）信息存储的地点

我们依照法律法规的规定，将在运营过程中收集和产生的您的个人信息存储于中华人民共和国境内。

（二）存储权限

我们仅在为提供撸铁记及服务之目的所必需的期间内保留您的个人信息，包括您发布的内容等信息、评论、点赞等信息，在您未撤回、删除或未注销账号期间，我们会保留相关信息。超出必要期限后，我们将对您的个人信息进行删除处理，但法律法规另有规定的除外。


四、我们如何共享、转让、公开披露个人信息

（一）共享

我们不会与关联公司（即济宁市小富长流科技信息咨询有限公司母公司及投资子公司，下同）以外的任何公司、组织和个人分享您的个人信息， 但以下情况除外：

1.在获取明确同意的情况下共享：获得您的明确同意后，我们会与其他方共享您的个人信息。

2.我们可能会根据法律法规规定，或按政府主管部门的强制性要求， 对外共享您的个人信息。

3.与关联公司共享：我们只会共享必要的个人信息，且受本隐私政策中所声明目的的约束。如要改变个人信息的处理目的，将再次征求您的授权同意。

4.与授权合作伙伴共享：仅为实现本政策中声明的目的，我们的某些服务将由授权合作伙伴提供。我们可能会与合作伙伴共享您的某些个人信息，以提供更好的客户服务和用户体验。我们的合作伙伴无权将共享的个人信息用于任何其他用途。

（二）转让

我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人，但以下情况除外：

1.在获取明确同意的情况下转让：获得您的明确同意后，我们会向其他方转让您的个人信息；

2.在涉及合并、收购或破产清算时，如涉及到个人信息转让，我们会在要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受此隐私政策的约束，否则我们将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同意。

（三）公开披露的个人信息

请您理解，在下列情形中，根据法律法规及国家标准，我们共享、转让、公开披露您的个人信息无需征得您的授权同意：

（1）获得您明确同意后；

（2）与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的；

（3）与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的；

（4）与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的；

（5）出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您的同意的；

（6）您自行向社会公众公开的个人信息；

（7）从合法公开披露的信息中收集个人信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道。


五、我们如何保护个人信息安全

（一）我们非常重视您个人信息的安全，将努力采取合理的安全措施（包括技术方面和管理方面）来保护您的个人信息，防止您提供的个人信息被不当使用或未经授权的情况下被访问、公开披露、使用、修改、损坏、丢失或泄漏。

（二）我们会使用不低于行业同行的加密技术、匿名化处理等合理可行的手段保护您的个人信息，并使用安全保护机制防止您的个人信息遭到恶意攻击。

（三）我们会建立专门的安全部门、安全管理制度、数据安全流程保障您的个人信息安全。我们采取严格的数据使用和访问制度，确保只有授权人员才可访问您的个人 信息，并适时对数据和技术进行安全审计。

（四）互联网环境并非百分之百安全，我们将尽力确保或担保您发送给我们的任何信息的安全性。如果我们的物理、技术、或管理防护设施遭到破坏，导致信息被非授权访问、公开披露、篡改、或毁坏，导致您的合法权益受损，我们将承担相应的法律责任。同时，我们强烈建议您采取积极措施保护个人信息的安全，包括但不限于使用复杂密码、定期修改密码、不将自己的账号密码等个人信息透露给他人。

（五）在不幸发生个人信息安全事件后，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们将及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您，难以逐一告知个人信息主体时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。

同时，我们还将按照监管部门要求，主动上报个人信息安全事件的处置情况。


六、您的权利

按照中国相关的法律、法规、标准，以及其他国家、地区的通行做法，我们非常重视您对个人信息的管理，并尽全力保护您对于您个人信息的访问、修改（更新或更正）、删除以及改变授权同意的权利，以使您有能力保障您的隐私和安全。

（一）访问、更正、删除您的个人信息

您可以通过以下方式管理您的信息：

一般情况下，出于安全性和身份识别的考虑，您可能无法自主修改注册时提交的某些初始注册信息；如您确有必要修改该类信息，请您通过电子邮件至peiqi924@163.com联系我们的个人信息保护专员申请更改，我们将尽快审核所涉问题，并由专人验证您的用户身份后及时予以回复。

（二）注销您的账号

我们支持您随时注销此前注册的账户，您可以通过以下方式进行：

在注销账户之后，我们将停止为您提供产品或服务，并依据您的要求，删除您的个人信息，法律法规另有规定的除外。

（三）投诉举报

如果您认为您的个人信息权利可能受到侵害，或者发现侵害个人信息权利的线索，您可以点击右下方的【我的】，通过设置中的【意见反馈】，或者电子邮件：peiqi924@163.com任一渠道进行投诉或举报。我们核查后会在15日内反馈您的投诉与举报。

（四）访问隐私政策

您可以点击APP右下方的【我的】，通过【隐私政策】查看本隐私政策的全部内容。

（五）停止运营向您告知权利

如我们停止运营，我们将及时停止收集您个人信息的活动，将停止运营的通知以逐一通过电子邮件、信函、电话、推送通知、公告等形式通知您，并对所持有的您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。


七、未成年人使用条款

1.若您是未满18周岁的未成年人，在使用“撸铁记”软件及相关服务前，应在您的父母或其他监护人监护、指导下共同阅读并同意本隐私政策。

2.我们根据国家相关法律法规的规定保护未成年人的个人信息，只会在法律允许、父母或其他监护人明确同意或保护未成年人所必要的情况下收集、使用、共享或披露未成年人的个人信息；如果我们发现在未事先获得可证实的父母同意的情况下收集了未成年人的个人信息，则会设法尽快删除相关信息。

3.若您是未成年人的监护人，当您对您所监护的未成年人的个人信息有相关疑问时，请通过本隐私政策公示的联系方式与我们联系。


八、隐私政策的修订和通知

（一）为了给您提供更好的服务，撸铁记软件及相关服务将不时更新与变化，我们会适时对本隐私政策进行修订，该等修订构成本隐私政策的一部分并具有等同于本隐私政策的效力。但未经您明确同意，我们不会削减您依据当前生效的本隐私政策所应享受的权利。

（二）本隐私政策更新后，我们会在撸铁记应用程序客户端和官方网站发出更新版本，并在更新后的条款生效前以适当的方式提醒您更新的内容，以便您及时了解本隐私政策的最新版本。如您继续使用我们的服务，表示同意接受修订后的本政策的内容，但是如果更新的内容需要采集内容、获取您通讯录、联系方式、地理位置等个人敏感信息，仍会再次以显著方式征求您的同意。

（三）对于重大变更，我们还会提供更为显著的通知（我们会通过包括但不限于邮件、短信、私信或在浏览页面做特别提示等方式，说明隐私政策的具体变更内容）。

本隐私政策所指的重大变更包括但不限于：

1.我们的服务模式发生重大变化。如处理个人信息的目的、处理的个人信息的类型、个人信息的使用方式等；

2.我们在所有权结构、组织架构等方面发生重大变化。如业务调整、破产并购等引起的所有变更等；

3.个人信息共享、转让或公开披露的主要对象发生变化；

4.您参与个人信息处理方面的权利及其行使方式发生重大变化；

5.我们负责处理个人信息安全的责任部门、联络方式及投诉渠道发生变化时。


九、适用范围

本隐私权政策适用于由济宁市小富长流科技信息咨询有限公司及其关联方提供的所有服务，包括撸铁记客户端、网站等。

本隐私政策中所述的撸铁记及相关服务有可能会根据您所使用的手机型号、系统版本、软件应用程序版本等因素而有所不同。最终的产品和服务以您所使用的撸铁记软件及相关服务为准。


十、其他

（一）本“隐私政策”中的标题仅为方便及阅读而设，并不影响本《隐私政策》中任何规定的含义或解释。

（二）本“隐私政策”相关词语释义：

  1. 撸铁记软件及相关服务是指公司及其关联方通过合法拥有并运营的、标注名称为撸铁记的客户端应用程序以及撸铁记官方网站，向您提供的产品与服务，包括但不限内容发布、浏览及推荐等功能。
  2. 关联方是指，指一方现在或将来控制、受控制或与其处于共同控制下的任何公司、机构以及上述公司或机构的法定代表人。“控制”是指直接或间接地拥有影响所提及公司管理的能力，无论是通过所有权、有投票权的股份、合同或其他被依法认定的方式。
  3. 个人信息是指，以电子或者其他方式记录的能够单独或者与其他信息结合识别特定自然人身份或者反映特定自然人活动情况的各种信息，包括个人身份信息（姓名、出生日期、身份证件号码，包括身份证、军官证、护照、驾驶证）、面部特征、地址、联系电话、通信录、网络身份识别信息（包括账号名、账号昵称、邮箱地址以及与前述有关的密码与密码保护问题和答案）；财产信息、交易信息、个人上网记录（网络浏览记录、点击记录等）、个人常用设备信息（包括硬件型号、设备MAC地址、操作系统类型、软件列表唯一设备识别码等在内的描述个人常用终端设备基本情况的信息）、个人位置信息等。
  4. 个人敏感信息是指，一旦泄露、非法提供或滥用可能危害人身和财产安全，极易导致个人名誉、身心健康受到损害或歧视性待遇等的个人信息。本隐私政策中的个人敏感信息包括：包括个人身份信息（身份证件号码，包括身份证、军官证、护照、驾驶证）、面部识别特征；财产信息、交易信息；网络身份识别信息（包括账号名、账号昵称、邮箱地址以及与前述有关的密码与密码保护问题和答案）；其他信息（包括通信录、个人电话号码、行程信息、精准定位信息）。
  5. 去标识化是指，通过对个人信息的技术处理，使其在不借助额外信息的情况下，无法识别个人信息主体的过程。
  6. 匿名化是指，通过对个人信息的技术处理，使得个人信息主体无法被识别，且处理后的信息不能被复原的过程。

（三）本“隐私政策”的版权为我们所有，在法律允许的范围内，我们拥有解释和修改的权利。

Jining Xiaofu Changliu Technology Information Consulting Co., Ltd. is the developer and operator of the IronTrace software ("IronTrace" or "we"). We attach great importance to user privacy and the protection of personal information. When you use our products or services, we may collect and use your relevant information. Through this IronTrace Privacy Policy ("this Privacy Policy"), we aim to explain how we collect, use, store, share and transfer such information when you use our products or services, as well as the ways we provide you to access, update, delete and protect such information. 1. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

In the process of your use of the IronTrace software and services, we will collect information based on the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity. The information we collect or ask you to provide will be used to:

1. Ensure the basic normal operation of the product;

2. Implement various functions and services;

4. Ensure the security of products, services and user usage;

(1) Personal information we directly collect and use

We collect information you actively provide when using the service, as well as information generated through automated means during your use of functions or receipt of services:

1. Ensuring the normal operation of IronTrace and its services

(1) If you create an IronTrace account, you may provide personal registration information such as your phone number or email address; you can also log in with a third-party account (such as WeChat or QQ), in which case you may provide information related to the third-party account such as nickname and avatar.

2. Registration, verification and login of IronTrace and related services

(1) When you log in to IronTrace with a third-party account (such as WeChat), you will authorize us to obtain the public information (avatar, nickname, etc.) you registered on the third-party platform. After you agree to this Privacy Policy, your third-party account will be bound to your IronTrace account so that you can directly log in and use this product and related services through the third-party account.

3. Other information about you shared by third parties

This mainly includes two situations: (1) Information published by other users may contain your information. (2) Information generated or shared when you use third-party partner services. When you use a WeChat account or other third-party account to log in to our software products or services, we need to verify your identity or bind your account information. With your authorization, the relevant account will be associated with our products or services.

4. Ensuring the security of products, services and users

To help us better understand the operation of IronTrace and related services so as to ensure safe operation and service provision, we may record network log information, as well as the frequency of using the software and related services, crash data, overall installation, usage, performance data and other information.

5. Permissions required for third-party SDK integration services

(1) Our products and services may include third-party products and services, as well as links to third-party websites. When you use these products or services, third parties may also collect your information. The specific information collected is subject to the third-party privacy policy. You can learn more through Article 11 "Third-party SDK Integration Information" of this policy.

(2) For the integration of third-party SDKs, we will only share your personal information for legitimate, proper, necessary, specific and clear purposes, and will only share personal information necessary for providing services. For other unnecessary information, we will take anonymization measures. At the same time, we will sign strict confidentiality agreements with them, requiring them to process in accordance with our instructions, this Privacy Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.


(2) Personal information exempted from consent by law

Please understand that in the following circumstances, according to laws, regulations and relevant national standards, we do not need to obtain your authorization consent to collect and use your personal information:

(1) Directly related to national security and defense security;

(2) Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;

(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and judgment execution;

Please note that currently IronTrace does not actively obtain your personal information from third parties other than us. If in the future we need to indirectly obtain your personal information from third parties for business development, we will explicitly inform you of the source, type and scope of use of your personal information before obtaining it. If the personal information processing activities required for IronTrace's business exceed the scope of authorization consent you originally provided to the third party when providing personal information, we will obtain your explicit consent before processing such personal information.


2. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies and similar technologies are common technologies used on the Internet. When you use IronTrace software and related services, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more cookies or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information about your access to and use of this product. We use cookies and similar technologies mainly to achieve the following functions or services:

(1) Ensuring the safe and efficient operation of products and services

We may set cookies or anonymous identifiers for authentication and security, so that we can confirm whether you log in to the service safely, or whether you encounter illegal acts such as account theft and fraud. These technologies will also help us improve service efficiency and enhance login and response speed.

(2) Helping you get an easier access experience

Using such technologies can help you skip the steps and processes of repeatedly filling in personal information and entering search content (for example: enabling the one-click login process and recording search history).

We promise that we will not use cookies for any purpose other than those described in this Privacy Policy.


3. How We Store Personal Information

(1) Storage location of information

In accordance with laws and regulations, the personal information collected and generated during operation will be stored within the People's Republic of China.

(2) Storage authority

We retain your personal information only for the period necessary to provide IronTrace and its services, including information such as content you publish, comments, and likes. We will retain relevant information during the period when you have not withdrawn, deleted, or cancelled your account. After the necessary period expires, we will delete your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations.


4. How We Share, Transfer and Publicly Disclose Personal Information

(1) Sharing

We will not share your personal information with any company, organization or individual other than affiliated companies (i.e., the parent company and invested subsidiaries of Jining Xiaofu Changliu Technology Information Consulting Co., Ltd., the same below), except in the following circumstances:

1. Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.

2. We may share your personal information externally in accordance with laws and regulations or mandatory requirements of government authorities.

3. Sharing with affiliated companies: We will only share necessary personal information, subject to the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If the purpose of processing personal information is to be changed, your authorization consent will be sought again.

4. Sharing with authorized partners: Only to achieve the purposes stated in this policy, some of our services will be provided by authorized partners. We may share some of your personal information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience.
